At Pro Breeze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the product back into its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, power cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
